ENVIRONMENT
Turn your bedroom into a sleep-inducing environment

CLOCKS
Don't be a nighttime clock-watcher. Try not to calculate the amount of sleep you'll get for the night while in bed.
CONSUMPTION
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, and other chemicals that interfere with sleep

ROUTINE
Establish a soothing pre-sleep routine. Try your best to go to bed and wake up around the same time.


HYDRATION
Balance fluid intake throughout the day. Stay hydrated!

ELECTRONICS
Turn phones off during the night or put it on "do not disturb" to avoid interruptions during the night and improve sleep quality. Try not to use electronics an hour before sleep.
NAPS
Incorporate naps early in the day or not at all. Strategic napping reduces fatigue. It may improve performance and alertness.

EXERCISE
Starting the day off with exercise will energize you throughout the day.
